Tranquility

A raw WoPo poem:

Colour infused the world
A light humming blue
Warm, cocooning the mind
Bring peace to the soul

An orb sat throbbing with yellow glow
All fear was locked within
Cleansed by the intensity
A dream was beginning

Hills lay draped
Across the horizon
Bringing a restful candesance
The over worked mind
Sang red

Green were the birds
Fanning jewelled tails
Resplendent in harmony
Life brimming over

Ripples of orange played with this landscape
Creating patterns of new thought
It is hope abandoned
It grew once more
In the non-dark shadows

An inky river carved its way
Blackly through the hills
Stealing the loveliness
To deposit on distant needing shores

Scudding purple clouds
Pearlised the tranquil sky
Pulsing magenta
Settling an indigo haze
Violet became the night

Whitely the flows of spirit dance
Stretching ethereal hands
Gathering around the thoughts

Peace
