Essence

I see a heart beat
And it twists in my mouth
With bites bitting the biter
Bloody matter drools
Into pinkish blips
Of nothing much
Vacant tears failing
No cascade of pain
Instead a rush of maybes
Tricking moments
Weaving webs
Memories catching
I can not free them
Clipping and clacking
Waisting the wish
Until skeletons of the Me
Is all that remains
Locked and lost with the loss of self
Seen within my myogenic pulse
