After Apocalypse
Dark twisted loam
Lay in ribbons
Upon the landscape
River clogging
It choked
the plane
Drenched in the bones
Of those who had made it
Toxic leachate
Spumes forth
Nothing but their corroded skin
Killing the life
Already obliterated from within
