Jump started
Pain within
Tears sting
Warmth to cold cheeks

Freezing tracts
Waiting hope
Dread grows
Unfriendly surround
End this
Seek the sound
A voice calling
Looking lost
Please call
Home warm
Loved arms
Come please
Hemmed in
Darkness flows
Night seeks
One of their own
The monsters surge
Fear cripples
Peels layers
Pretence covers
Pain perturbs
